“Admired his enthusiasm, and he always had a motivating effect on me. When the opportunity to build my family home was there, Joe was the one I wanted to dig the hole for the foundation. He showed up with his excavator and a big smile ready to go! Always being the first one to show up in the morning, we drank coffee and designed and built a beautiful home. It was one of the best experiences of my kid’s lives. They still talk about how much fun it was.”
